What we collect
When you request a booking we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), service address, vehicle details, the services you select, your preferred date/time, and any notes or photos you provide. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To schedule and perform your service, route our crew to your address, process payments and deposits, send appointment confirmations and reminders (only if you opt in — see below), respond to your questions, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box when booking, we may text you appointment confirmations, reminders, and a request for a review after your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us operate — for example Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messaging), and our website host. They may only use your information to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at (352) 816-3131.
Security & retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting requirements, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
