Terms of Service
Effective August 2026
These terms apply when you book services with Next Level Auto Detailing in Ocala, Florida. By requesting a booking you agree to them.
Quotes & pricing
Prices shown are base rates for a standard-condition vehicle. Excessive soiling, pet hair, staining, odor, or vehicle size may increase the time and price. We confirm your final price at booking or after a quick inspection before any work begins.
Deposits & cancellation
Larger jobs (such as full-day ceramic coatings) may require a deposit to reserve your slot; the deposit is applied to your final total. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
Payment
Payment is due when the service is complete unless arranged otherwise. We accept cards (processed securely by Stripe) and in-person payment. Maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
Warranty
Ceramic coating warranties are provided as described for the specific package purchased (for example, the 1-year warranty on the Protection Package and the lifetime warranty on System X Max). Warranties cover the coating as installed and do not cover damage from accidents, abuse, or improper care.
Our work
We take great care with every vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical issues, and we will point out anything we notice before starting.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
